基于局部放电特征研究蒙脱土/聚乙烯纳米复合材料的电树枝性能

Abstract Ultrasonic organic montmorillonite/low-density polyethylene (US-O-MMT/LDPE) nanocomposite was prepared by melt intercalation method after the organic nano-montmorillonite (O-MMT) was treated by ultrasonic cavitation technology. The morphological change, growth characteristic and partial discharge characteristic of the electrical tree in the US-O-MMT/LDPE nanocomposite was investigated and compared with LDPE and O-MMT/LDPE nanocomposite. And the spectrum characteristics of partial discharge signal in different aging stages was analyzed. The results indicate that the ultrasonic treatment of organic montmorillonite significantly improves the electrical tree resistance property of the LDPE and O-MMT/LDPE nanocomposite and effectively inhibits the partial discharge during the growth of electric tree. The spectrum characteristics of the partial discharge in the electrical tree growth process changes with the morphological change of the electrical tree. The denser the electrical tree, the more high-frequency discharge signal, the wider the spectrum distribution.
