热场影响下新能源用接触器弹跳特性研究

Abstract The multi-physics field coupling calculation and bounce characteristics are important methods to measure the performance of contactors. However, the influence of thermal field on the dynamic characteristics of contactors is often ignored in previous bounce mechanics model. Therefore, it is necessary to study the bounce characteristics of contactors under the influence of thermal field. In this paper, the thermal field, electromagnetic characteristic and vibration collision mechanics models of a certain high-power contactor for new energy are established. Real-time interactive transmission and coupling calculation of node parameters including thermal, electromagnetic and mechanical force fields of the contactor are realized. Then, the correctness of the results for the mechanical- electrical-magnetic-thermal multiphysics coupling calculation of contactors is verified by comparing with the experimental results. Finally, the effects of temperature, long-time repeated short-time work and movable components mass on the bounce characteristics of contactors are analyzed. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the safe and reliable operation of new energy supply systems and related facilities
