Fault-Tolerant Control Strategy for Twelve-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Propulsion System |

Abstract Taking the multiphase permanent magnet propulsion system with multichannel control technology as research object, this paper has studied the fault-tolerant control strategy based on the group control structure. Firstly, the decoupling control model of multiphase permanent magnet synchronous motor is established, and the torque output capability of motor in fault-tolerant mode is analyzed. Then, combined vector control with group control structure, the fault-tolerant control strategy has been established with the maximum current of phase winding as the constraint condition to ensure the stability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor phase of output torque. Finally, simulation and experiment have verified the feasibility of the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy.
