等离子体氟化改性微米AlN填料对环氧树脂绝缘性能的影响

Abstract Epoxy resin is commonly used in the manufacture of basin insulators, and its surface charge accumulation under DC voltage is a serious phenomenon, which has become a major bottleneck hindering the development and application of DC gas insulated electrical equipment. As a highly efficient and controllable modification method, plasma technology can effectively improve the electrical properties of epoxy fillers. In this paper, the micron-AlN filler was fluorinated by cold plasma technology at atmospheric pressure and different fluorination time was controlled. The morphology, chemical composition, charge characteristics and creeping flashover characteristics of the modified epoxy resin samples were tested. The experimental results show that after plasma fluorination for 45 min, the average particle size of the filler is reduced by 26%, the filler is fluorinated for 45 min, and the proportion of fluorine is 38.55%. As the fluorination time increases, the amount of initial charge accumulated in the epoxy resin decreases, and the flashover voltage first increases and then decreases. When the filler is fluorinated for 45 minutes, the flashover voltage is the most obvious, which is about 39.9% higher than that of the unfluorinated filler; and the two-parameter Weibull distribution indicates that the flashover voltage dispersion also decreases. The results show that the plasma filler treatment can improve the electrical properties of epoxy resin. The treatment method is efficient and stable, and the performance is improved obviously. It provides a new research idea for the modification of AlN and other fillers.
