三电平移相全桥直流变换器的变压器直流偏置分析与抑制

Abstract In the medium-voltage high-power isolated DC-DC converter with low switching frequency, the challenge arises with the DC-bias problem of the medium-frequency transformer (MFT). Based on the three-level phase-shift full bridge topology, the harmonic voltage of the primary winding in MFT is calculated. Then, considering the voltage-current double close-loop control strategy of the DC/DC converter, the relationship between the DC component of the voltage on the MFT’s primary winding and the fluctuant phase-shift angle of the controller is analyzed, and the effects of the control-frequency on the DC component of the primary voltage are analyzed. An experiment platform was established to compare the DC-bias performances of the MFT under different frequencies. The experimental results validate the DC-bias suppression of the proposed method.
