基于泄漏电流脉冲主成分分析的外绝缘污秽状态评估方法

Abstract Evaluation of contamination levels of outdoor insulators is very necessary to prevent the pollution flashover accidents. Artificial pollution tests were carried out on a kind of widely used glass insulator. Leakage current waveform in different equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and different relative humidity (RH) were recorded by a leakage current monitoring system. 80 levels of leakage current pulses were picked out from it. Principle components including most information of the pulses were extracted by using principal components analysis (PCA). The results of the cluster analysis and comprehensive principal components analysis show that the principal components of the leakage current pulses are tightly relative to the contamination levels. They provide a good approach to evaluate the contamination levels.
