基于模型预测控制方法的风电直流微网集散控制

Abstract In this paper,a model predictive controller-based distributed control system of wind power DC microgrid is designed.To meet the requirements of economic operation and high quality electric power of the system and,model predictive controller is utilized as the main control unit of the distributed control architecture to generate reference signals for local controller.To avoid the negative impact of the hierarchical control structure in case of communication failure on the system stability,dual redundant reference signals are used by local controller.During normal operation,reference signals from model predictive controller are accepted by local controller,once communication failure occurs,the redundant reference signals from voltage hierarchical control can be switched fast enough.In this case,the system can ensure not only efficient operation and requirements of power quality during normal operation,but also system stability during during failure.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed model predictive controller-based distributed control system of wind power DC microgrid,simulations are conducted on Matlab with results showing that the design objective is fulfilled in both grid-connected and islanded state with efficient and flexible operation during normal operation using the proposed model predictive controller and stable and safe operation in case of communication failure switching voltage hierarchical controller.
