基于有限元的动车组高压隔离开关均压环优化设计律

Abstract To control the maximal electric field strength of the electric multiple unit (EMU) high voltage disconnector insulator and fittings surface,the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the electric field distributions of EMU high voltage disconnector with/without the grading ring.Then the reasonable parameters of the grading ring are given considering that the electric field strength cannot exceed the corona inception level.The corona discharges of high voltage disconnector insulators with/without the grading ring are observed by ultraviolet imager.The result shows that:when the grading rings are configured at the high pressure end,the electric field distribution at the insulator surface can be effectively improved,the maximal electric strengths at the insulator and fittings surface are reduced,and it is favorable to prevent corona discharge and improve insulator operation reliability;by increasing the height and external diameter of the grading ring,the maximal electric strength at the insulator and fittings surface can be evidently improved,and the tube diameter of the grading ring notably impacts the surface maximal electric strength of the grading ring itself;the corona discharge the EMU high voltage disconnector insulator with grading ring is evidently weakened in the same text voltage.
