清洁能源与电动汽车充电站协调投资的低碳效益分析

Abstract In view of the CO₂ emission reduction target,this paper introduces the concept of low-carbon benefits,i.e.the quantity of carbon emission reduction under specific investment for the emission reduction project of an institution within its full life cycle is used to assess the emission reduction efficiency of different carbon emission reduction technologies.By taking maximization of low-carbon benefit as the objective,a model for coordinative investment in wind power,photovoltaic power,and electric vehicle(EV) charging stations is built.The improved discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis(DBCC) algorithm is used to solve the problem.Then an example investment plan can be acquired satisfying the carbon emission reduction demand.Finally,compared with the investment strategy with the maximum CO₂ emission reduction,the results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the model and optimization algorithm.
