考虑损耗的内置式永磁同步电机标幺化系统硬件在环实时仿真与测试

Abstract

Traditional interior permanent magnet synchronous motor real-time modeling usually aims at a particular motor and regard less of losses existing in operation.The method has two short comings.One is poor universality in actual value modeling.Data will overflow or chip resource will be wasted when motor parameters are changed.The other is that certain simulation error will be caused if losses are neglected in motors running especially in high power cases.To solve the above problems,a per-unit model is built,which can adapt to motors in various power levels.Moreover,the equivalent loss model is added.In order to test the per-unit model precision,two experimental test platforms are presented.One is the hardware in the loop (HIL) real-time simulation platform (HIL Bench) and the other is the physical dragging motors bench (M/G Bench).By taking the M/G Bench as a reference,the current data is measured in different speeds by varying torques range from no-load to the rated load.The comparison experiments of HIL Bench and M/G Bench are then carried out within same operating conditions.The results show that the relative error of the peak current is about 2% to 6% when the motor is in the constant speed operation with light load,and will be decreased to 1% to 2% with heavy load.
