基于电场逆问题的D-dot电压传感器的设计与仿真

Abstract Sensor miniaturization and non-contact measurement have become the hot spots in the development of smart gird. The measurement principles of D-dot voltage sensor using electric field coupling and the inverse problem of electric field are analyzed, and the improving method is proposed. With the application of differential inputs, the probe works in self-integration mode with good phase-frequency characteristic. Ansoft Maxwell software is used to simulate the design of probe structure and characteristics. The non-contact voltage sensor has simpler structure, smaller volume and wider measuring bandwidth, which can also restrain the induced voltage overshoot caused by nonlinear load. In addition, the new-designed probe is tested on the high voltage test platform for its error and transient behavior. The experiment results demonstrate that the effective value of detected voltage is precise and the error of phase is small.
