基于广义断面的电网调度操作风险评估

Abstract Due to the fact that some transmission line sections exist in real power systems for stability monitoring,a generalized section concept is proposed in this paper which can be used to group the power components,such as line,main transformers,bus bars,and switches.Then the dispatching operation risk is defined as the total influence including the dispatching element outage and the other elements outage located in the same generalized section.According to the above theory,a risk assessment method for dispatching operation is presented in which two different time-varying component outage models for the sealed and exposed elements are introduced respectively.Then an optimal power flow model based on the generator re-dispatching and the load curtailment is utilized to evaluate the risk influence caused by the element faults.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of this method are tested by utilizing the IEEE 39-bus system and a real power system.
