Abstract  To fully understand and objectively evaluate the influence of magnetic integration technology on the performance of switched-mode converter at steady state and transient state, a general small signal model needs to be established. In this paper, based on integrated magnetic component analysis and the state-space averaging method, three small-signal modeling methods of switched-mode converter with magnetic integration have been respectively proposed. These methods can provide a theoretical basis for dynamic characteristics study and control design of such converters. An active clamped forward converter with magnetic integration has been taken as an example to illustrate the proposed modeling methods.
