| A New PSM Modulated Current-Limited Comparator |

Abstract This paper proposes a new current-limited comparator including current detect and current comparison circuits. The current detect circuit has good accuracy and doesn’t need resistor network and edge blanking circuit. The current comparison circuit use current mirror network and current comparator to produce different duty cycles. The whole circuit has lots of advantages in the espects of area, cost and power consumption compared with traditional structures. The simulation results and error analyses of the whole circuits show that it’s very useful for engineering applications.
