基于模糊熵权Vague集的配电网检修决策优化

Abstract In order to enhance the reliability and economy of power supply,scientific and reasonable distribution network maintenance schedule is of great significance.Currently maintenance decision-making optimization only considers maintenance time,while the preference factors of the decision makers and the actual situation of the distribution system cannot be well embodied.Aiming at the multi-objective maintenance decision optimization problem,the maintenance time and the maintenance mode are taken as the optimization variables;grid security constraints,maintenance relationship constraints and other constraints are considered;the distribution network maintenance risk and fault risk are treated as two objectives.Then the Pareto optimal solution set of the model is obtained by the distance sorting multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Considering both preference factor of the decision makers and objective information of the decision matrix,the multi-attribute decision-making method based on the fuzzy entropy weight of Vague set is adopted.Then,the most satisfactory maintenance schedule will be selected.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by optimization results for RBTS Bus2 and RBTS Bus6 distribution systems respectively.
