电动汽车与分布式电源协同有序控制研究

Abstract A hierarchical coordinated control architecture was proposed for synergetic control of electric vehicles(EVs) and distributed source in this work, it can easy integrate with the traditional control system of power system. The synergetic control system is divided into two layers: distribution network control system and substation control system. The distribution network control system taking minimizing load variance of the distribution transformer as objective function and EVs’ total charging energy demand as constraints to realize the energy dispatch, and then send the whole power consumption schedule to the power system control center; substation system is to control EVs’ real-time charging taking the minimizing the command error as objective and the single EV’s charging and swapping energy constraints. Based on the actual data of a certain area of Beijing city as example, the rationality and accuracy of the synergetic control system was verified.
