掺杂Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>纳米中空纤维膜的油气渗透特性研究

Abstract With the transformer’s running, the oil dissolved gas category, content, and trends can effectively reflect the operational status of the transformer, and it’s very important to real-time monitor the dissolved gases changes in transformer oil for ensuring the safe operation of the transformer. The key to transformer oil dissolved gas line monitoring is gas separation technology. To solve the problem of bad separation effect for CH₄、C₂H₆、C₂H₄、C₂H₂、H₂、CO and CO₂ by the common fiber membrane, the polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene are taken as polymer materials, doped with nanoparticles of oxide Al₂O₃, and obtained the nano-oxide hollow fiber membrane with L-S method. Comparative tests of penetration effect are conducted, to obtain the curve of the permeability characteristics of the nano-oxide hollow fiber membrane. The results show that at the same conditions of temperature and pressure, the nano-oxide hollow fiber membrane solves the defects of penetration effect and the long equilibration time on the common fiber membrane, effectively improves the oil and gas permeability characteristics of the hollow fiber membrane, and provides a good technical support to online monitoring application.
