永磁伺服系统基于微分自适应补偿的快速无超调控制策略

Abstract High performance servo system of permanent magnet requires fast dynamic response to have no overshoot, and the general control strategies are often unable to meet their requirements. The paper presents a novel control strategy of feedback differential and feed-forward differential adaptive control. The feedback differential can effectively reduce the overshoot of servo system, but reducing the speed of response. Through the control of feed-forward differential and self adaptive regulation according to the position error signal, it can ensure the premise which feedback differential is effective to reduce the overshoot, and offset its speed inhibition; at the same time, the speed and torque prediction of feed-forward differential according to the given directive positions, serve as the given speed and given torque, so as to achieve early response. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the self adaptive of the new control strategy, and solves the contradiction between the overshoot and the fast response of servo system, and it can achieve the adaptively fast response without overshoot.
