汽车爪极发电机的转矩脉动分析及其对电磁噪声的影响

Abstract The effects caused by torque pulsations in the claw-pole alternators are the increasing important research program. There exists a high correlation between electromagnetic sources, torque ripple, and radiated noise. Analyzing the torque pulsations is the key point of improving of the overall performance of claw-pole alternators. In connection with the characteristics of claw-pole alternator in this paper, the origin of ripple torque are presented, the calculation formulas of ripple torque are deduced, the method of torque pulsation reduction is analyzed, and based on different claw-pole alternator models, experimental results verify that the noise level of 12 poles claw-pole alternator is lower than that of 14 poles claw-pole alternator.
