基于宽速滑模观测器的新型自减速永磁轮毂电机无传感器直接转矩控制

Abstract In this paper, a wide-speed sliding mode observer(SMO) for sensorless direct torque control(DTC) of a new self-decelerating permanent magnet(SDPM) in-wheel motor is investigated. The problems in traditional DTC including big torque and flux linkage ripples, and large direct axis current due to the operating of the motor under light load or sudden increased load are resolved. Moreover, the problem of phase delay in conventional SMO is solved, the system chattering is improved validly, and the performance in estimating the rotor position at low speed is optimized. Then the SDPM in-wheel motor sensorless DTC system is set up, and the simulation and experiment are implemented on this platform. The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
