Abstract TEAM9-1 benchmark problem is discussed and calculated by the hybrid finite element method and finite volume method in this paper. Analytic solution is carried out to testify some of the data given by TEAM9-1. Some of the description and the given data are clear by the comparison between calculated result and the given data. The given data of the ferromagnetic material is analyzed. Some of the data of different velocity are testified to be illogical. Different upwind format is adopted in calculation. The calculation results are compared.
