海-陆混合路径对雷电电磁场传播的影响

Abstract Based on the Barrick theory and Wait approximate theory, the propagation effects of the rough and ocean-land mixed path on the electromagnetic fields generated by lightning return stoke are analyzed. When the field propagates from the ocean surface to the land section, the lightning frequencies above about 2MHz undergo a rapid attenuation along the mixed path, and the effect of the rough land section on the fields is much more than that of the rough ocean surface. The propagation effect of a small land section with tens of meters width on the electromagnetic spectrum may not be ignored. Therefore, the lightning frequency spectrum experimentally obtained near the coast line should take into account the errors introduced by the rough and ocean-land mixed path. The attenuation of the frequency components higher than 10MHz may be caused significantly by the rough ocean surface.
