基于感应滤波的大功率整流系统原理分析及综合节能设计

Abstract To solve the problems of serious harmonic contamination and large losses of the existing industry thyristor rectifier system, a green and energy saving DC power supply system based on inductive filtering technology is presented. Based on the new rectifier transformer, the new DC power supply system reaches the goal that harmonic suppression nearby harmonic sources and reactive power compensation by the harmonic suppression circuit constructed by filtering windings and LC full-tuned filters. Different from the traditional reactive and active filtering technology, the new inductive filtering method has the special function that effectively suppress the harmonic flux of transformer core. Then, based on the principle analysis of harmonic suppression, from the point of the energy saving, the energy savings of the DC power supply system are synthesis designed and analyzed on the following aspects: energy saving design of the system and critical equipments, energy savings of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation nearby the harmonic sources. Finally, the practical testing results show its unique superiority in harmonic suppression and energy savings.
