Integrated Model of Trading in Distribution Net Based on Bilevel Programming |

Abstract In the opening distribution market, the distribution utility and large consumers have more options. At first, purchasing power ratio of the distribution utility is obtained based on dynamic conditional value at risk(DCVaR) measurement. Then, because of random in trading, a stochastic bilevel programming model is established in order to integrate benefits of the distribution utility with profits of large consumers. The simulation result shows that the optimal sale price of the distribution utility and purchasing power distribution of large consumers obtained on both sides are more rational than that on one side. The bilevel programming approach could embody gaming process between the distribution utility and large consumers. The presented model can help decision-making in actual application.
