Abstract  The motor converter neutral point balance control strategy of dual 3L-NPC open-end winding motor is proposed with back-EMF harmonic voltage.Firstly, the mathematic model of open-end wind PMSG is established. The value and phase of back-EMF harmonic is observed including PR controller and the zero sequence current is suppressed by adding the same value and phase zero voltage to the modulation waves. The positive and negative relationship of the modulation waves are changed after the compensation zero sequence voltage injection.By the discuss of the dual modulation waves working scope, the neutral point balance of common DC link based on zero sequence back-EMF is realized. Finally the neutral point control ability under different modulation, power factor and zero sequence back-EMF is analyzed.Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of this theory.
