数字电能计量系统检定方法综述

Abstract ： There is essential difference between conventional energy metering and digital energy metering based on IEC61850, whose verification method has also changed accordingly. A survey on the verification methods for electronic transformer, merging unit and digital watt-hour meter are presented in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages for each verification method are discussed. For digital watt-hour meter, the verification methods are classified into three categories according to traceability method. No agreement on the verification and traceability method is currently reached for digital watt-hour meter. Further study and exploration is required.
