Abstract:In this paper various possible control strategies are analyzed for four configurations of series/parallel inverter system, which can be divided into two categories, i.e., input-parallel connection and input-series connection according to the similarity of control strategy and input connection. The output control strategy is preferred for the former one and the compound control strategy must be considered for the latter one. The IPOP system and ISOS system, as the representations of two categories respectively, are investigated about their separate detailed control methods, in which the load current feed-forward control is introduced for different purposes. The prototypes are built to verify the theoretical analysis.
