Abstract:The dual-loop feedback control is widely used to regulate the voltage waveform of the voltage-source inverter. With the equipment of the current inner-loop, not only the steady-state and the transient performances are improved, but also the system stability is enhanced. This paper investigates the characteristics of the inner-loop with some conventional current controllers first, then the analysis of the whole performances of the inverter system are presented. Furthermore, a novel inner-loop based on the virtual resistor method is proposed to reduce the phase lag at the fundamental frequency. Finally, the experimental results are given to confirm the validity of the theory analysis.
