| Coordinated Planning of Electric Vehicle Charging-Swapping-Storage Integrated Station and Active Distribution Network Considering Carbon Reduction |

Abstract A coordinated planning model of electric vehicle charging-swapping-storage integrated station (CSSIS) and active distribution network (ADN) considering carbon reduction was proposed. According to the ownership of equipment, the carbon emission responsibility and reduction mechanism of ADN were proposed. Based on the structure and operation characteristic of CSSIS, the models of operation and plan of CSSIS were built. Then, an ADN planning method considering carbon was proposed. Planning methods of network and distributed generation (DG) were built. And combing the energy loss and output of ADN equipment, carbon increment model and trading mechanism were proposed to build an ADN operation model considering carbon. A coordinated planning model of CSSIS and ADN was built with the goal of planning annual comprehensive cost considering carbon. A chaotic simulated annealing lion swarm algorithm was proposed to solve the planning model. And the case study results show that the electricity purchasing cost, annual comprehensive, carbon savings, and unit carbon price of the ADN planning considering the carbon are about 10%, 35%, 460%, and 4 times of the plan without considering the carbon, respectively. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method proposed in this paper are verified.
