| A Fast Dynamic Response Algorithm for Digital Controlled Voltage-Doubler Boost Power Factor Correction Converter |

Abstract An algorithm for improving the output voltage response to load step change for digital controlled voltage-doubler Boost power factor correction(PFC) converter is proposed. The implementation of the algorithm in software is given without extra variables to be measured, and the output current estimation and the selection of injecting coefficient are analyzed in detail, which are referred in the algorithm. The feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm are verified by the experimental results, and improved dynamic performance of digital controlled voltage-doubler Boost PFC converter is achieved.
