环氧树脂浇注类绝缘管型母线易发缺陷分析及检测手段

Abstract Owing to high mechanical strength, large current-carrying capacity and good insulating performance, currently, insulated tubular bus-bar has been widely applied to the fields of electric power and petrochemical engineering. However, lacking of correlative standard and management, it has poor operation stability, frequent failures and adverse effects. Most of these failures are caused by inadequate manufacturing and field installation processes, which cannot be effectively detected by routine testing measure. Therefore, regarding the insulated tubular bus-bar, this paper carries out a depth analysis for all segments of the manufacture to find out the possible faults during the manufacture and installation. Then the field test assessment and methods for these hidden faults are developed. At last, the experiments verify the proposed methods, which improves the operation reliability of the insulated tubular bus-bar.
