同步发电机定子绕组匝间短路时转子动态电磁力计算

Abstract In order to accurately analyze the distribution and variation of the electromagnetic force in the rotor of synchronous generators after the stator winding interturn fault, a field-circuit coupled model of synchronous generators with internal faults is built. A 1400 MW turbogenerator is taken as an example, and the dynamic electromagnetic force of the top and side walls of the rotor teeth is calculated by the Maxwell stress method. The calculation results show that, under the influence of the short-circuited loop current, the local electromagnetic force of the rotor tooth top and tooth side wall is sharply increased, and the maximum electromagnetic force is concentrated at both sides of the magnetic pole and the slot opening position. With the increase of the number of short-circuited coils, the maximum local electromagnetic force of the tooth top and the tooth side wall is increased slightly. The study in this paper provides the basis for comprehensive understanding the threat of the internal faults to synchronous generator and the optimization design of the rotor structure.
