基于电流矢量的盘式无铁心永磁同步电机瞬时转矩控制

Abstract Disc coreless permanent magnetic synchronous motor (DCPMSM) is suitable for servo motor driver, because of its overload ability, zero cogging torque and the sinusoidal back electromotive force et al. But the inductance value of DCPMSM is very small, which makes the stator current discontinuous with the PWM control based on VSI, resulting in the large torque ripples. Therefore, an instantaneous torque closed-loop control algorithm was proposed based on a front current chopper converter. The current was regulated by the proposed control algorithm according to the angular position of the rotor, and the torque has been controlled. The problem of discontinuous currents caused by the small inductance has been solved. The operating principle of the system has been analyzed. Simulation and experimental results verify the proposed control method.
