交流接触器对电压暂降敏感度的试验研究

Abstract AC contactors are wildly used in industrial process and are sensitive to voltage sags.It is a matter of great concern to the relevant users to master the behavior of AC contactors during different voltage sags.To address this issue,an experimental research program is developed in this paper.Chroma Model 61860 is used as the voltage sag generator.Eight AC contactors that have the same parameters from four widely used brands are selected as the representatives.The effects of the voltage sag characteristics and the typical voltage sag events on AC contactors are researched through extensive experiments.Through analysis of a large number of experimental results,the influence of all the above factors to AC contactor sensitivity is given,and the sensitivity curve which can provide the basis of analyzing AC contactors’ tolerance to voltage sag is extracted.This research can provide evidences for the analysis of the immune ability of AC contactors over voltage sag.
