单周控制下三相四线制PFC整流器输出电压不均匀原因分析及均压数字控制方法

Abstract To improve the adverse effect on load converter that the voltage of DC bus capacitor are unbalance in three-phase four-wire rectifier, the paper deeply analyzes the factors which affect the output voltage unbalance. In order to improve the voltage sharing on output capacitor, an improved one-cycle control on digital control is presented based on traditional one-cycle control. In order to obtain the sampling values, the hall devices are used. In this system, the sampling values are sent to the digital chip, because the DSP need to deal with the sampling values. In the end, the processing result adds into one-cycle control to realize voltage balance of series capacitor. To prove the theory,a prototype under digital control is built. At last, both Matlab simulation results and experimental results verify the validity and feasibility of the control scheme, and the system can not only achieve stability in a short time but also has good ability in tracking.
