微/纳米氧化铝/环氧树脂复合材料抑制电树枝生长能力的研究

Abstract The epoxy resin composite containing nano-size and micro-size Al₂O₃ of various contents are prepared for studying the efforts of nano alumina, micro alumina and nano-micro alumina on the ability of impedance on the electrical tree growth of epoxy resin. Needle-to-plate electrode has been chosen to do the partial discharge experiment and the electrical tree of epoxy composite has been observed. The ability of impedance on the electrical tree growth has not been obviously improved when nano alumina filler is filled into epoxy resin and obviously improved when micro alumina filler is filled into it. With the increasing filling content of nano alumina, the ability of impedance on the electrical tree growth of nano alumina epoxy composite has become stronger and stronger. With the increasing filling content of micro alumina, the ability of impedance on the electrical tree growth of micro alumina epoxy composite has become stronger and stronger and the breakdown voltage of it is 1.8 times higher than pure epoxy resin when the filling content reaches 20wt%.
