基于向量拟合法的永磁同步电机EMI高频模型

Abstract In this paper, a model and modeling methods for the permanent magnet synchronous motor of delta connection are presented. The motor impedance is expressed in the form of network function. The vector-fitting method is used in the motor-port network function according to the parameters obtained from the motor-port impedance test; and the parameters of the circuit model are obtained according to the network function equivalent circuit method. The motor overall model is constructed and simulated in software Saber. The simulation results show that the high-frequency circuit model has a high accuracy within the frequency band 100kHz~100MHz. In the motor drive system simulation platform, motor line current and ground current are calculated, and results shows great consistency with the measured values. This article introduces and suggests that the motor high frequency mode can be used in the common-mode and differential-mode conducted EMI analysis of motor drive systems.
