对旋轴流通风机流场预测及两级电机功率匹配研究

Abstract The counter-rotating fan is an important part in the mine shaft’s ventilating system, and its safe and stable operation is very important for the coal miners’ lives safety. In the condition of the long-distance ventilating, the counter-rotating fan’s air volume reduces significantly, and the power matching of the two-level motors is more difficult. According to the problem, the performance LINE (point-point) matching between the two-level counter-rotating blades and electric machines is studied by using the method of global flow field numerical simulation based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The simulation results reveal the condition of the two-level motors’ power matching and the internal airflow’s real flow pattern. The comparison of the simulated results with test data are proposed to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation method, and at the same time, the feasibility of improving the counter-rotating fan’s operation efficiency through the method of changing blade incidence is verified, too. This method provides a theoretical basis for speed control and energy-saving control of the counter-rotating axial flow fan.
