三相PFC整流器改进单周期控制策略

Abstract The one-cycle control (OCC) strategy used in the PFC circuit was widely researched because of simple circuit and needless of the multiplier and sampling input voltage. In traditional OCC control strategy, the modulation signal was sampling input inductor current. So the modulation of traditional OCC control strategy can be considered as SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation). The output voltage of rectifier is high, and utilization of DC bus voltage is low under the tradition OCC control strategy. Based on analyses of the traditional OCC control strategy of three-phase four legs rectifier which used in the 3P4W(three-phase four-wire) system, the three order harmonic injection PWM modulation method(SAPWM) is proposed to introduce in the OCC control strategy. The output voltage of three-phase PFC rectifier can be lower, the utilization of DC bus voltage and efficiency of converter can be also improved under the SAPWM modulation with OCC control strategy. The improved OCC control strategy can be also applied in three-phase three legs rectifier and three-phase Vienna rectifier which used in the 3P3W system. System simulation and experimental results verified the theoretical analysis.
