A Dynamic Reactive Power Optimization Method of Receiving Power System Containing Infeasible Buses with Violated Voltage Constraint

Abstract:This paper proposed a dynamic reactive power optimization model of receiving power system containing infeasible voltage-violated buses. First, the reactive power compensation bus was categorized, and the basic concept of system reactive power compensation bus was proposed. According to occurrence of the infeasible voltage-violated buses in the time period, the daytime was divided into feasible and infeasible time periods; and then constructed a dynamic reactive power optimization model of receiving power system. This model consisted of two sub-models, infeasible and feasible time-periods of dynamic reactive power optimization models. For the 1st sub-model, a 2-stage solution algorithm was proposed based on the homogeneous interior point method (HIPM) and parallel cooperative co-evolutionary differential evolution algorithm (IPCCD-EA). For the 2nd sub-model, the immune genetic algorithm (IGA) was hired. Finally, a practical 110 kV 25 bus system was used for simulating and verifying that the proposed method was effective.
