摘要 研究了应用于动模试验系统的风电模拟控制技术,针对风电模拟系统与实际风力发电机组转动惯量的悬殊性,提出一种风力机模拟控制方法,实现了实际风力发电机组动态特性的准确模拟;针对动模系统电网条件特性,提出采用PI控制器并联多谐振控制器的改进控制策略,实现了风电模拟系统在谐波畸变及不平衡等非理想电网条件下的稳定运行,同时在双馈风电模拟系统中采用协调控制策略实现了双馈风电模拟系统的低电压穿越功能。接入某电力系统动模试验系统进行实验,实验结果验证了所提模拟控制方法与改进控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:The wind power simulation control technology applied to the power system dynamic simulation test system is researched.For large disparity of the inertia between the wind power simulation system and the actual wind turbine,a wind turbine simulation control method to achieve accurate dynamic characteristics simulation of actual wind turbines is proposed.For grid condition of power system dynamic simulation system,an improved control strategy adopting the proportion-integral (PI) controller and the parallel multi-resonant controller is developed to achieve the stable operation of the wind power simulation system under harmonics distortion,power imbalance,and other non-ideal conditions.Also a coordinated control strategy is utilized to achieve a low voltage ride through (LVRT) capability on the double-fed wind power simulation system.The validity of the proposed simulation control method and the improved control strategy is verified by integrating a wind power simulation system into a power system dynamic simulation test system.
