Abstract:Current control is one of the key techniques for operating of three-phase grid- connected inverters. In order to achieve the fast and accurate current regulation, the inherent relationship and difference of the synchronous rotating frame proportional integral(PI) control, stationary proportional resonant(PR) control and proportional complex integral(PCI) control is analyzed. It reveals that the stationary PR control is not equivalent to the synchronous rotating frame PI control. Performance evaluations of stationary PR and PCI controls are carried out from the viewpoints of the steady-state and dynamic responses, and a novel online transfer solution is proposed to make full use of the advantages of both controls. Finally, the experimental platform based on TMS320F2812 DSP is built, and tests are carried out under the balanced and unbalanced grid voltage conditions. It provides a very useful guidance for the control strategy selection under specific conditions.
