Abstract:Considered the current fault diagnosis method based on event identification could not be used to the circuits, which had more discrete event, this paper establishes mixed logic dynamic model for circuits. The circuit state is expressed to a discrete event movement, and according to the fault model of circuits the fault events collection and fault model are determined. The paper adopts the concept of incident identification vector, and finishes fault diagnosis through the identification of fault events. The method possesses good characteristic such as simple realization, universal application, and high diagnosis correctness. Its feasibility and validity is verified by the simulation and test of inverter circuit.
