Current control methods play an important role in power electronics. But switching frequency of current regulated PWM inverters is inconstant. To resolve this problem, a novel varied hysteresis-band current control approach is proposed in this paper. Advantages of traditional constant hysteresis-band current control is remained in this method such as good stability, fast transient and high precision. By the aid of regulation of hysteresis-band, the switching frequency can be kept constant. Experiment is carried out to proof the analysis.
