Abstract:The major problem in starting a sensorless BLDCM with the 3-stage strategy is to satisfy a wide range of torque load with one set of parameter.In oder to raise the success rate and smoothness under different load, a tentative strategy of starting sensorless BLDCM with the method of integrating the back EMF is designed. It is proved in this paper that a fixed gate value of integration is universally proper in all speed range. The unique advantage of the method of back EMF integration method is especially pointed out. The characteristic of back EMF under different rotor speed and rotor to stator angle was analysed to help to figure out the sector that the rotor magnetic motive force was pointing at a controller with the strategy proposed is designed.The result of experiments shows that the success rate and the smoothness are improved with the torque response quicker and more stable.
