Abstract:According to conventional grid-connected PV system, this paper proposes a double-stage three-phase grid-connected PV system with the function of low voltage ride through (LVRT). This system adoptes the control methods of conductance increment, active and reactive compensation, and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). It could track maximum power point of PV panels, provide active and reactive power to the grid, and compensate reactive power of local load by detecting PV output voltage and current, grid voltage and load current. This system could restrain the voltage fluctuation effectively, improve the power quality, and save the equipment investment. Simulation results are carried out to verify the proposed method.
