含高渗透率可再生能源的主动配电网两阶段柔性软开关与联络开关协调优化控制

摘要主动配电网要求配电网满足灵活可控、弹性坚强的要求,然而高渗透率可再生能源（REG）的接入给主动配电网的经济安全运行带来了很大的挑战。针对REG出力的时序性与随机性,考虑REG预测误差,建立两阶段柔性软开关（SOP）与联络开关协调优化控制架构。在日前阶段以网损最小、弃风弃光最少为综合目标建立了SOP与联络开关时序协调优化模型;在日内滚动优化阶段,基于模型预测控制建立SOP反馈滚动优化控制模型,以减少REG出力随机性对配电网运行的影响。提出网络重构约束的二阶锥模型转化方法,以实现利用混合整数二阶锥规划方法统一求解SOP与网络重构的协调优化。算例结果表明,通过日前、日内滚动两阶段协调优化控制能充分考虑REG出力的波动性与随机性,增强配电网对REG的消纳能力,在提升配电网电压水平的同时改善配电网的经济效益,保障配电网经济安全运行。

Abstract：Active distribution network (ADN) requires distribution network more flexible and elastic. However, high penetration renewable energy generation (REG) brings great challenges to cost-effective and safe operation of ADN. In this paper, aiming at the volatility and randomness of REG output, considering REG forecast errors, a two-stage coordination optimization control structure of soft open point (SOP) and tie switch is proposed. In day-ahead stage, taking the minimum power loss and the minimum REG reduction as the comprehensive objective, a sequential coordination optimization model of SOP and tie switch is established; in inner-day stage, a loop-locked rolling optimization control model based on model predictive control is built, to reduce the impact of the REG randomness output on ADN. A transforming method of reconfiguration constraint based on second-order cone model is proposed, which realizes the coordination optimization of SOP and tie switch by mixed-integer second-order cone programming algorithm. The results of case study show that the proposed method can increase REG penetrations while improving voltage quality and economic benefit of ADN.
